受賞コメントI am honored and delighted to receive the SDA award for my design for the "Luxi 7 TEA" hotel. For me, this project is both challenging and fun. The recognition from SDA is enough to prove two points: firstly, design is contemporary, but it is also another form of cultural inheritance. Chengdu is my hometown and a city with a history of over two thousand years. I feel honored to use design to capture the nostalgic side of Chengdu while embracing contemporary urban life. Secondly, incorporating one's culture into the design is the best way to communicate with others. It's great to use one's profession to understand one's culture and pass it on to the world.
